Get out of your box

I really REALLY love where I live and the people I get to see and spend time with daily.


I've always been more introverted and preferred keeping to my comfort space and my box, which helps so much during some stages of prep and life where I need to just put my head down and graft.


But it also holds me back in some areas and has caused me to isolate and feel alone, depressed and anxious more than I should - when I'm really always surrounded by friends and people who support me without realizing it.


The last 4 months particularly, I've made an effort to actually see more faces, meet new people and to spend quality time with my close friends.


Honestly, it's changed my outlook and perspective on life in amazing ways, really shown me how much I have to be grateful for and how f*cking fantastic you can make your life by just spending more of it out of your comfort zone or your "den".


Get out of your box, put yourself out into the world and meet new people on their own journeys - it'll help you get out of your own head and out of your own way a lot more than you think.
