Hindsight is always 20/20

I felt small, I felt flat, I felt pretty soft and a little fluffy actually. In hindsight, I wasn't any any of those things (maybe a little flat because Steph could tell I hadn't had all my meals yet).

This is cool to look back on, especially remembering what was going through my mind just before sending it to @stephandt - while now I can watch it thinking "damn Dev, das cool dude"

Your mind is your greatest ally, but it can also be your biggest enemy. You can choose to listen to the negative spats it throws your way, or you can tell it to STFU because you've got a job to do.

Easier said than done, sure. But rather remove it all together.

As long as you're following your plan and sticking to your obligations, controlling what you can control - it'll all be fine, regardless of what your mind tells you.

Focus on the good, focus on your to do list and ticking your boxes, focus on doing your job and nothing more, nothing less and you will land the plane.
