Just. Get. Healthy

While “healthy” doesn’t necessarily mean shredded or ripped, unless you’re a high-performance athlete, your priority should be health.


I don’t know many people who eat predominantly unprocessed Whole Foods, get their 7 – 8 hours of sleep in, drink enough water and maintain a decent activity level, who struggle to reach their fitness and physique goals. When you’re healthy, EVERYTHING is easier. Everything. Sleep is better, your anxiety dissolves, your moods are more stable, your energy levels are better, stress is easier to deal with, and life is much happier.


Take the steps to being healthy and focus on that as your main priority and the physique, the muscle gain, the fat loss, the fitness levels you aspire to have, will all follow.


Take time to rest after any workout.
