Live up to your standard

Don't let December discourage you. It's an opportunity!

It's an opportunity to either take the extra time you have to recover and and put more effort into YOU. By not seeing it as a chore, but rather as YOUR time to better yourself. Your attitude will shift and it'll only add to your life, making sure you don't start 2024 on the back foot.

OR it's an opportunity to lose momentum and slow down, dropping responsibility and dedication to what you you've worked so hard for.

I prefer the former.

By all means, enjoy your extra downtime, spend it with friends, family and loved ones. Make memories with them, go places, and truly feel happy within yourself - but don't let that take over and overwrite the goals you've had for so long.
